Assemblies

At Loxton Primary School we pride ourselves on our School Assemblies.

Our assemblies are student lead, with classes taking turns to host and present, giving students opportunities to speak in front of an audience and showcase work that has been completed in their class.

We also use our assemblies to induct our Student Leaders, House Captains, SRC reps and invite guest presenters and organisations in from time to time. These have included the Carly Ryan Foundation, CanTeen and our local SAPOL.

Highlights of our School Year are always our Book Week Parade and End of Year Celebration. Students and staff love dressing up as their favourite book characters and parading in front of the school for Book Week, and classes delight in creating an item to share at our End of Year Celebration.
